This vertical study brings together four specimens united by a singular palette of deep cobalt, ink black, and the cold shimmer of moonlight on still water. The Lyropteryx apollonia opens the composition at the crown, its electric blue rays cutting through darkness like light through a cathedral window. Below it the Arhopala araxes offers a quieter iridescence, tawny gold dissolving into blue, a study in transition. The Precis rhadama anchors the center, its muted earth tones punctuated by flashes of violet that only reveal themselves under direct light. The Nessaea hewitsoni closes the arrangement with authority, deep obsidian wings carrying bold strokes of cerulean that feel almost painted.
